products

From a single cloud server to a full rack.

Start small and scale up. When a workload outgrows a cloud server, we'll help you move it to dedicated hardware.

why netpoa

Infrastructure built for how Africa does business.

Low local latency

Traffic between your users and your server stays in the region. It doesn't take a round trip through Europe on every page load.

Data residency

Keep personal and regulated data in Tanzania or Kenya to help meet local data protection requirements.

Pay your way

Pay with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, bank transfer or card, and get invoices in local currency. No USD card needed.

Real human support

Engineers in your time zone answer by ticket, phone or WhatsApp, in Swahili or English.

Snapshots & backups

Take a snapshot before you upgrade and roll back in one click. Optional backups can be stored in a different region.

DDoS protection

Network-level filtering comes with every server, so common attacks don't take your service offline.

developers

Pick a region, image and size. Your server boots with your SSH key already installed.

  • One-click apps: Docker, WordPress, Coolify, n8n, cPanel and more.
  • Full control: root access, VNC console, rDNS, reinstall and reboot from the panel.

faq

Questions, answered.

Which region should I choose?

Choose the region closest to most of your users. That's Tanzania for Tanzanian audiences, Nairobi for Kenya and the wider East African Community, South Africa for SADC, and the EU for European or worldwide traffic. Not sure? Use the latency test above, or ask us.

How fast is provisioning?

Cloud servers deploy automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. Dedicated servers depend on the hardware you choose. Stock configurations are typically ready within a few business days.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can resize a cloud server to a larger plan from your client area. If you outgrow cloud servers, we'll help you migrate to dedicated hardware.

Are servers managed?

Cloud and dedicated servers come unmanaged by default, which means you get full root access. If you'd rather we handle the operating system, security updates, backups and monitoring, add managed support.

How do I pay?

You can pay by mobile money, bank transfer or card. Invoices are issued through your Netpoa client area in your preferred currency.

Can you migrate my existing servers?

Yes. Open a ticket with details of your current setup and our engineers will plan the move with minimal downtime.
